How can I return or exchange MAYTECH products?
You can return or exchange products when purchasing on MAYTECH if the product is not as described, expired, damaged or does not fit properly.
You need to make a return request on MAYTECH’s website or app within 7 days (for products belonging to MAYTECH Mall) and 3 days (for products not belonging to MAYTECH Mall) from the time the order was updated. Successful delivery.
You also need to package the product carefully and send it back to the seller according to MAYTECH’s instructions.
Can I return or exchange products purchased online in store?
Products purchased online at MAYETCH stores cannot be returned or exchanged. You can only return or exchange products by post or delivery service.
You need to return the entire product (including all accompanying accessories, VAT invoice, warranty stamp… if any) and the returned product must be in the same condition as when received.
You also need to comply with MAYTECH’s packaging and shipping code regulations.
